(II) Deletion of Personal Information

When we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will delete your information from SHOPLINE products and/or servers as soon as possible. However, due to the requirements of regulatory authorities to combat crime and maintain national security, we will save your communication information and transaction records within the period permitted by law, but we will not use them in any way. Please be aware that we may not delete the information you need to delete from the backup system immediately, but we will delete it when the backup system is updated.

(III) Account Cancellation

You can cancel your SHOPLINE account in the manner specified in the SHOPLINE User Agreement. You are aware and understand that canceling your account on this platform will result in your permanent loss of access to your account and the data in your account. We will cancel your account for you after verifying your identity and negotiating with you to deal with the assets in your account. After canceling your account, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it in a timely manner unless it is required to retain personal information in accordance with legal regulations.

Your account cancellation is irreversible. Once your account is cancelled, we will no longer collect your personal information and will no longer provide you with our products and/or services. Therefore, we recommend that you choose to cancel your account with caution.

5. How do we store and protect personal information?

(I) Storage period

During your use of SHOPLINE products and/or services, we will continue to store your and your end users' personal information for you. We promise that, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or otherwise authorized and agreed by the subject of personal information, we will store your and your end users' personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purpose of use authorized by you and your end users.

If you cancel your account, actively delete the above information, or we cease operations for any reason, we will stop collecting your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, and delete the collected personal information or anonymize it.

(II) Storage region

We provide this platform and SHOPLINE products and services in multiple countries and regions. You understand that we may transfer the information and data you provide to storage or processing outside your country/region. Generally speaking, your personal information will be stored in Singapore. However, for statistical and analytical purposes, we may transfer your personal information across borders to regions outside Singapore. 8. Definition

You: refers to sellers and/or their employees and/or developers/or other persons authorized to operate the platform who register and use SHOPLINE.
